        From the get go Ed was fantastic and welcoming, he showed us around a lovely property that they manage. We had the keys within a week and the application process was smooth. Any issues with the house, they have an emergency helpline manned most of the day early till late and they strive to have any issues rectified within 48-72 hours, and yes they do stick to this. I want to highlight Ed though, he goes above and beyond the call of duty for his tenants and he is a real star. Thank you.

        Do not make any home improvements on any of there properties as we fitted three new carpets new blinds flat in walk in condition lost deposit due to no authorisation to decorate and for smoking on property with no apparent smoke damage to property resulting loss of deposit
