Dont look any further for a gas engineer! Theres a reason Matt has 5 stars across the board.. My boiler broke down for 10 days, and during that time I was let down by two other companies. The first took multiple days to come out, then told me 2 days later they couldnt get the parts and quoted for a whole new system. The second cancelled on a weekend 5 minutes before they were due to show up. What a nightmare! I got in touch with Matt, explained my problem and he arranged to come out the next day. Within an hour of placing his dust sheets down, he had the whole system up and running again after replacing a part on my 21 year old boiler. Its clear to me that Matt is highly profession and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the repair, Matt explained a number of things about the system and answered all my questions. Matts prices are very fair, and his policy of not charging if he cant fix a broken boiler is amazing piece of mind. Its obvious this isnt one of those companies just looking to sell you a new system, and thats why I felt the need to write such a strong review. Matt just earned a customer for life. Very glad to know such a local business exists.

Highly recommend Heattech and I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward for any heating servicing/installations I need. I booked a central heating system flush and a magnacleanse filter installation, Matt was very responsive to all my questions before the job started and took all my concerns in to consideration, he fully explained how the process would be carried out and followed up on completion of the job with a detailed report of work carried out. During the work he was respectful and clean making sure all mess was minimised during the work and completely tidied afterwards. All work was carried out to a high standard. I'd been having several problems with the boiler in my house over a few months. Having lost faith and patience in the boiler I decided to replace it. Matt came out and quoted for a replacement, didn't make a hard sell and explained everything. The same day I received a written quote from him and accepted by email. The boiler was installed a few days later and has been perfect since. Matt arrived on time, installed the boiler, flushed the system and kept me updated along the way. My house was left spotless (probably cleaner than when he arrived tbh) and the follow up call a couple of days later to check everything was good was a nice touch.
