        I have been referred to the return to work service of SALUS and allocated to Steph MacKenzie, case manager. Steph has been brilliant, she has used psychological tools to assess my wellbeing and prepared a SMART and recovery oriented plan to support me including social isolation and confidence-building support. Through four sessions, I have achieved my outcomes and I would highly recommend this service for those with complex needs.

        The main reception girls are lovely on the phone, but once passed to primary care the service has been awful. I am still waiting on replies to my emails and answer messages 2 weeks on. When I finally got to speak to someone, I was told an adviser would be in touch, over a week ago. Would have been nice to be informed on how long the wait would be. Tried to call this morning to find this out, had to leave another answer message. I don't expect to get a return call to be honest. My return to work is depending on this!

        I was there for PIP assessment I was treated well girl was great with me I went to one in Glasgow they treated me like some thing at the bottom of there shoe
