i suffered the misfortune of a boiler failure over the festive season. Most of the Companies i contacted, did not want to know, did not phone back and could not visit or give me a date when they could visit. However, HPE (engineer Rob Sale) was excellent. He contacted me when he said he would, kept closely in touch , even phoning me on Xmas day. He installed a new boiler for me ,carrying out the work professionally and to an exceptional high standard. He demonstrated a high standard of competence and knowledge of heating systems and was 100% reliable. i would highly recommend HPE and specifically Rob Sale for any type of Heating and plumbing installations or repairs. Highly recommend Rob to anyone who wants a great job done by an honest and knowledgeable engineer at a great price! Boiler was playing up, called Rob who came out same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed done and fixed it there and then for an excellent price. Will be getting Rob back to do my boiler service soon and would recommend him to everyone. Service: Heating system repair
