        Firstly they used to be really good!! But what has happened? We actually travel to this laundrette mainly for ironing but today was the last. Firstly experience over the last three weeks has been very poor, first put ironing in give date collect arrived 15.30 to collect and shop was shut with a sign saying no water; what about collections? Next time handed ironing in on a Tuesday morning told it would be the following Monday" really" because they where busy but try phoning on the Sunday. Phoned Sunday had not been touched yet. Next occasion arrived on Saturday afternoon , told we are not taking ironing in because we have burst pipe, no applogy, sorry but they seem to have forgot they providing a service which we pay for which should include some sort of customer service.SHAME.
