        Booked in for 2 tyres to be changed. Both wheels were damaged during the replacement. To be fair to the garage they said straight away and advised to bring the car back in to get the diamond cut alloys repaired. Unfortunately this is where is all went down hill. The garage the car was sent to painted the front 2 wheels black without permission. I had to wait a further 2 days without a car whilst I was sorted with replacement wheels. 6 weeks on still waiting for replacement wheel caps after being painted black. Poor at best.

        Went in for a oil and filter change last Saturday, booked an online appointment, staff was courteous. Took around 2 hours.

        Today I booked for a oil change and I took leave from my job to this one, but they called me after 3pm and told that they can't do it on today. Just wasted a day and I have to take another day off for this, The price is also very high. Only because of the easy booking, I choose the garage. It's unprofessional and cheating they just did to me.
