        We were robbed by the car park operators. We were unable to get the online payment to work and were fined 100 for 12 minutes. Despite appealing the ticket, they have said we cant prove we tried to pay. Absolutely fuming & would not recommend. It should be shut down.

        Convent parking however feels completely outdated as there is no option to pay by card. Which of course during the pandemic us more important as cash is rarely handled.
