We never thought moving out and finding our first flat could be so easy. After many failed attempts of trying to find the perfect flat and letting agents to go with we stumbled across Pauline and Kirsty. They have been nothing short of amazing, very helpful and made this process for us stress free and easy! Kirsty and Pauline have been extremely helpful between answering our numerous phone calls and questions to reassuring us and updating us along the way. I had a very smooth and speedy process in getting into my new flat, and the customer experience was fantastic and informative, thanks to Pauline and the rest of the company. As a first time mover, I was very assured with the consistent contact and the openness of information on the property, Couldn't ask for anything more, thank you very much.

I let my property out with SH for about one year. The initial process as a first time landlord was good, and SH were supportive throughout. However, when I regained access to the property one year later, the tenants had left piles of stinking rubbish in the living room, which included soiled clothes, and rotten food. The back garden was left in a mess, and beds still had smelly bed clothes on them. There were also numerous missing and broken items, and damage to fixtures and walls. SH were absolutely no help at all in bringing the property back to a reasonable condition, they were perfectly happy for me to move back into the house in a unsanitary condition - shame on SH. In the end I had to clean up the house and garden myself - 23 bin bags full of rubbish, not including the refuse bins which were all filled with miscellaneous rubbish, that also needed to be emptied. I also made all the arrangements for items to replaced and/or fixed. I would urge you not to use SH to manage your property.
