Accidentally mate an overpayment in my rent of 500 and they have withheld it for weeks. Im moving out this month so the last rent payment was supposed to be pro rata. The reason given for withholding my money was that if I dont return the keys when I move out this month it will cost them money to pursue me legally. Its completely unethical to hold a customers money to ransom to cover your financial risks as a business. Ive made every rent payment on time for 2 and a half years and this is their response. Avoid this company.

The folks at LLS have been our go to for years, we've had a number of rentals managed from cradle to grave without anymore than a phone call or two. 9 years on and you still get the care and attention as if you were a new client with an abundance of new properties on offer. Every time we use LLS to handle any of our property sales, its gone to a closing date - just perfect.
