        Not a great company. Offered them item of household furniture. Showed pictures and they agreed to take everything. Turned up and then refused to take some of the items. Driver spent 10 minutes on phone to his mum after I explained everything, still wouldn't take. Next time, I'll use British Heart Foundation.

        Responded very quickly,and uplifted my conservatory Furniture and another time uplifted my old sofa. I recommend them to my daughter and she also had great service from them.

        Had a wee problem with a bed I bought. Sorted in 5 mins and courteously thanks folks. And they are a charity. Reg No on shop front.
