Anderson Gas

Last march anderson gas upgraded my fire at a cost of 750 Called them on the 29th Nov saying that a valve was not working the woman i spoke to was less than helpful a bit rude really saying she didnt think it would be the valve and if it was they wouldnt be able to help until Feb of next year Needed a part no but wasn't helpful with that either I have had to to to another company to see if they can help The fire only gets used every now and then so the upgrade was almost new Very disappointed

Just had my 2nd home fitted with a wood burner from Anderson Gas.I wouldn't use anyone else!!Price & quality leave the rest behind .Reliable & got exactly what i wanted,well done John,Mary & the team.

Whoever drives their van is a maniac, Ive seen other comments on their driving on other sites. Drives right up the back of peoples cars, rude gestures and cuts people up. Think they forget the business name is all over the van!

Great job! Prior to contacting Anderson Gas I had spoken to a number of different fire place installers. They had all told me that they couldnt fit a cast iron insert into an existing arched fireplace. I didnt want to pull out either of the two existing fireplace mantels as they were original and about 150 years old. However, after John talked me through the approach he would take and showed me examples of similar work he had completed, I was confident that the job could be done. They completed the job as agreed and did an absolutely fantastic job. Thanks to John, Ciaran and Shaun for a great job done!

Got them out months a go for a repair job, never heard back from them so chased them multiple times..told me they would call me back...still waiting. Poor customer service.
