        I found the Reiki experience with Miriam very therapeutic. I was not a believer before I tried it but I felt the benefit of doing it. I'll definitely be continuing with her range of treatments from now on.

        When I first decided to try reflexology with Miriam I had no real idea what to expect. I didnt have any specific health problems, I was just curious to see what the fuss was about. I thought it might be relaxing, but I have been amazed at just how relaxing it is. I always try to stay awake during the treatment sessions, but I have never managed it yet. I always fall asleep then wake up wonderfully refreshed. One day I told Miriam that my shoulders felt a bit stiff. After an hour of reflexology my neck and shoulders felt so loose I was almost worried that my head would fall off! I dont know how she does this just by touching my feet. I can only conclude that Miriam has magic powers. I can thoroughly recommend her reflexology treatments, and I will be treating myself to many more.
