Masala Takeaway

One of the best Calzones I've ever had. Fantastic munchy box and good crac from the owner in the shop. Best of luck in the future pal. I'm hoping for the best for ya.

I was visiting Hamilton from Aberdeen on Friday 18th November, I placed an order to Masala Takeaway through Deliveroo at 11.45 pm to be delivered at 00.35 Hours, 01.00 am passes and no sign of delivery, I message deliveroo and ask where my order is, I am at the window looking for a car / delivery but at 02.00 am still no delivery, no missed calls, no knock-on door. I again message Deliveroo and highlight that I have not received my order from Masala. I called Masala the next day, I tried to explain to them about the order, the guy I spoke with hung the phone up on me. I am a long-time customer of Deliveroo, and they have just mailed me to say that Masala delivered the order and that they would not be making a refund to me. I would not recommend Masala for any order online, also I would not recommend using Deliveroo if this is how they treat their customers. Message to Masala Takeaway, things must be really bad if you want to steal 21.49 from a customer.

Im a kebab guy and the kebabs out of here are the best in Hamilton. Proper Quality Donner meat. Great prices too for what you get. Im a regular and feel my business is appreciated. Would recommend.
