        No counters open on a Saturday. What's the point in being open if there's no staff willing to help? This is the reason the banks are shutting. Awful service. Not even an apology or explanation other than "we haven't opened it on a Saturday since we opened"

        Staff were very helpful and friendly I went to cash acheque and get statements and the cashier told me how long it would take to clear and printed out my receipts and statements although I prefer when I see staff at the desks because they are more thorough
