I've used Anderson Strachan on a few occasions now and each time they have been incredibly professional and extremely helpful. I will continue to use Anderson Strachan for the foreseeable future.

I find this company hilarious. They act for a hotel chain. I spoke to them about five times on Tuesday 15 October.Their client cant access information so no contact. I call them Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and then Monday morning. They cant give a answer Monday morning but eventually on Monday they do contact. I explain I am working and will see what time I finish. They then send two emails today and despite any lack of urgency in previous 6 days they really really really really really really need this resolved today as its now really really important to them.

We recently used Anderson Strachan for the first time to help recover a debt of over 5000, we had spent weeks trying ourselves but were getting the runaround causing stress, frustration and a lot of time. After Anderson Strachan got involved the full debt was paid into our bank account within 48 hours, they also recovered their fee from our customer so it cost us nothing. Anderson Strachan work fast and are extremely professional in debt recovery, we will use them again and would highly recommend.

I have worked with this firm for over 20 years in various companies as I have invited them to follow me to new roles. They are very effective and reasonably priced and they are fantastic to deal with. All our aged debts go to Anderson Strachan Ltd as they are in my opinion, the best around.
