        Strefford Tulips were highly rated and provided me with a great quotation so I decided to instruct them for the sale of my property. The initial contact was good and I received a telephone call from my solicitor Geraldine to take my instructions. I then left the firm to it and didnt have any contact for several weeks whilst the sale was going through. It got to just over a week before the completion date and I contacted them for an update, to find that my solicitor was on leave and my case had been handed to another solicitor, Tracy, which I was unaware of. Tracy then led the rest of my sale which went through fairly smoothly and remained in constant communication for the week leading up to completion. Only downside for me was the lack of communication prior to this, not informing me my case had been handed to another solicitor and having to chase in the final stages to get things moving.
