The delivery driver who has delivered our parts for years has always had the worst attitude I have ever encountered, If there are ever any issues with parts i:e damaged parts (which are clearly visible) or incorrect parts being sent down, this driver wants nothing to do with it and when we ask him to wait to check that the parts are correct he tells us that he has NO TIME to wait & it is NOT his problem.
Just before Christmas the driver in question arrived at the reception door with 1 part which was the 2nd time this part was sent down incorrectly, the girl in the office said to him I will go and get 1 of the guys on the workshop to check the part He then decided that this wasnt good enough for him and start to raise his voice, this part was for a BMW.
When he was made aware that there was an issue he continued to say that BMW are not his boss and he doesnt care not his problem and wouldnt except the incorrect parts back. This driver has had the same rotten attitude for years and is never helpful in any way.
He has been asked a number of times NOT to enter through the office and to deliver the parts through the main shutter, NOT an unjustifiable request as I dont want him or his attitude affecting my office staff or customers.
He was asked to leave and when confronted with the same attitude he gives to my staff, he doesnt like it. We contacted BMW Parks and Parks in East Kilbride, the parts manager at BMW said that this shouldnt have happened and apologised and said it would be investigated.
We have raise the complaint with East Kilbride branch and again tried to arrange collection of the WRONG part to be told that our account has been closed down, due to the driver not wanting to come into our workshop.
We will source our parts and give our money to a company who appreciates it.
I know of another 2 garages that this driver visits and they both tell me the same issues they have with this driver.
Douglas Park Glasgow BMW, your returns parts are STILL here and are awaiting collection!!!! & As our account is now closed any due monies will have to be collected from our office.
