My one point would be to ensure you are aware of everything that is included and the quality for the price. the price may be low but that means that the basic finishing's are included where with a little communication and small charge you can get a better finish. again not a criticism of Earnock but just an awareness of what is included to be considered.
I have had a couple of small leaks in the new ceiling during very heavy rain and Cold weather but the Office staff and Earnock tradespersons were very quick to action and resolve so more than happy with the aftercare. the office also helped liaise with the Council for any requirements including completion certificate management so really happy with the assistance.
