Staff at this jobcentre are rude and take pride in bulling vulnerable people. They expect you to sit in silence as well while they do this. Will use your mental health conditions against you. Do not know how to work with people who have disabilities and mental health problems. Staff needs training because its became apparent that some are not trained to suit the job. I am taking things further against one particular member of staff who tried to bully, gaslight and use my health conditions as a sign of weakness and someone she thought was below her. Tried to take advantage of the fact I was vulnerable as well. This is not something I will tolerate. These type of people are not the type of people who should not be in any type of job where the job description is to help others.
