First class service from the moment we contacted them to arrange my uncles funeral the staff were so helpful & respectful advising us on the finer details off arranging a funeral I can't thank them enough especially Vicky & Aidan nothing was to much trouble thanks to them everything went like clockwork Thanks again Mary

Awful experience transactional big company ethos more about what suits their business model than the person. Was insulted with a 4 week wait for a funeral when questioned about the cause of the delay was advised they could not speak to me only my sister, like I had called to check my bank statement regardless that we had all been in to make arrangements the previous day, untruths told for reason for delay awful experience at your worst moment. Went to a private firm James Sherry in Motherwell and within 2 hours I was offered a week and a half timescale, compassion and care how does that figure in the non compassionate world of the co-op.

My brother passed away in December and the service I got from the team here at Hamilton was first class. He was picked up quickly, treated with the utmost dignity and more than that he was treated like a person and not just a body. On the day of the funeral, nothing was too much for the funeral director's or drivers. They helped to make what was a really difficult time just that little bit easier. I can't thank Ross and the team enough. All the backroom staff who got my brother prepared, Adrian who picked him up, and the men on the day, sorry I can't remember all your names but I can't thank you enough. You are very appreciated and worth your weight in gold!
