Hamilton West Medical Practice

Just some really horrible healthcare practitioners here. I am unable to get medication because Ive lost my other ones and doctors refusing to help, treating you like an addict, not listening to you when youre in pain 24/7. My mum was also told by a phlebotomist that she would never be from Scotland (were immigrants). Really dragging down what could otherwise be a good practice. I am definitely transferring to another practice. Horrific.

Unhappy with service . Had to call for appointment, was told none available . Told I have to call at 0800 tomorrow . When I said I am not available to call at that time due to work commitments, I was told I need to make myself available to call then .

Staff always do their best to help and are appreciated. Always had appointments or contact appropriate to the needs of my family

Becoming a joke now!!! 70 odd times ive tried too call because my kids need seen and every time engaged! If you cant throw before 10 you have no chance of being seen or even a call back!!! Call at 8 and can never ever get throw! Even if you do get an appointment its never on time! Your always 30 mins past your time!!
