Totally unhelpful... Reception thinks they are doctor again and again... Claimed passing doctor's advice over the phone... Same as all other previous reviews... But as usual... Nothing will change... Seems not only doctor is striking... Patents need strike as well!!!

Try to get a doctor appointment more than 5 times since last Wednesday and the last one had been told they have not actually booked me in while telling me doctor will call me. Disgraceful! Impossible to get an appointment at all, poor service

Called this morning for a repeat prescription...very very abrupt Receptionist called Karen..... Do some of these people think they are Doctors !! ...her attitude when speaking to me was atrocious.... absolutely Discussting

Well what can I say.....This will be a long one so so let's get stated, Utterly disappointed and annoyed with this place, firstly my Mum who was suffering from a chest infection at the time and has underline health conditions and could barely speak and had called down to the Surgery to have her prescription sent to her local pharmacy, she was told by the receptionist that she wasn't due it and wouldn't get it!! ( receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and didn't even ask if she required to see a doctor due to her NOT being able to breath properly or even talk properly and didn't suggest to my Mum " HANG UP AND DIAL 999". Because when got to her house she was at deaths door, I couldn't make her out!! Anyway I managed to get my Mum down there slowly as she can't walk far and got an appointment to see the doctor. When booking in I was asked to take a seat which is fair enough my time slot was 2.30pm we arrived at 2.15pm then at 2.45 we were asked by the receptionist to put on masks which you can understand why however I NOTICED THAT NONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST STAFF WERE NOT WEARING MASKS...... WHY??? IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY LIKE TO LORD IT OVER THE VULNERABLE AND THE NEEDY... MESSAGE TO THE MANAGER IS SIMPLE..... GET YOUR SURGERY SORTED OUT OR YOU WILL BE LOSING PATIENCES AS WELL AS DOCTORS WHO MAY I ADD ARE ALSO LEAVING. AND PUT YOUR STAFF ON SOME PEOPLE SKILLS COURSES OR SOMETHING. LET ME REMIND YOU ALSO THAT IF IT WASN'T FOR ME MAKING THAT APPOINTMENT - I WOULD HAVE BEEN PUTTING MY ELDERLY MOTHER IN A 6 FEET HOLE, SHE IS LUCKY THAT SHE HAS A SON THAT IS AROUND, I DARE NOT TO THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE FAILED AND HAVE PASSED AWAY IN THERE OWN HOMES AS A RESULT OF POOR RECEPTION STAFF..... AWFULL SERVICE.... AND YES I SHALL BE TAKING THIS TO THE PAPERS THE PEOPLE OF HAMILTON DESERVE TO KNOWN.... AWFUL POOR SERVICE.
