Great doctor, very understanding and empathetic - a rarity in my experience in medical circles. As part of Burnbank Medical Centre, this exceptional Doctor is sadly let down by a poor administrative function. Appointments are only available if you phone in (and if you can get through!). I'd estimate, the last 10-15 times i've tried to contact for an appointment, I've got an engaged tone about 80% of the time - it's a very frustrating service to be able to access. I've raised with reception and been told "it's quite busy first thing in the morning" - it's like they feel it's an accpetable level of service for patients to struggle to get in touch. For the record, it's 1.51pm just now and my three attempts so far this afternoon to get through have all met with an 'engaged' tone. Wish me luck on my 4th and 5th attempts!!
