Have to comment on the rude member of staff here tonight. Don't understand why people work with the public when they don't have any idea of customer service. Management should really address this. She did the usual, quick item shove through the checkout, watched groceries knock into each other, then watched as I struggled to load bags.... Then when I was loading my trolley in the area in the designated area, she asked me to to move it so she could get out. I hadn't even finished packing. No pleasantries throughout the transaction.
