This place is a nightmare i had a delivery rescheduled to to post office at Neilsland road i went down twice it hadnt arrived there then i got an email telling me if i didnt collect it it was getting sent back to the supplier. so the P/O said i need to go to the sorting office which i did & they close half day on a monday!!

got the " sorry we missed you " card went in at 11.30 the next day ( Friday , it was closed ) I was told it would re-open at 12.15 but as I was travelling down to london I thought I would collect it the following Monday , I arrived at 15.30 and guess what it was closed again , the card recomends re-arranging your delivery via their App well good luck with that one ( try to download it and it tells you need to sign in before you can proceed even though I haven't downloaded it ) to rub salt in the wounds there are multiple openning times for this depot so you could effectively spend your entire week ( with loss of earnings etc ) trying to collect you parcel , if I could have given a negative five star rating I would have
