Scam company. Not received milk delivery in over a month and they continued to take payment changed the reference everytime I cancelled. I have tried to call them phone lines don't ring and voicemail full. No response to emails and no FB account. They also advertise as Bairds milk and more I contacted this company who have never heard of them! BEWARE

Commenced deliveries after a door to door visit from Baird's around ten weeks ago. First delivery did not arrive. Got no communication. Second did. It took four weeks for us to get the two deliveries a week we were meant to. In the last ten weeks probably three weeks have had both deliveries. When someone finally called me (Jack I think) I was told I would get a month free milk but was charged and he took the opportunity to try get me to up my order to include milkshakes and eggs which even if I wanted these items there is no way I would have increased to have a direct debit taken and no products delivered repeatedly . No replies to email, Facebook or voicemail and no access or provision of an itemised bill which I asked for. Meant to get credit for returning bottles which has never happened. Milk often delivered just after midnight which in the heat is a bit of a concern. Issue after issue. I love supporting local and reducing plastic use and carbon footprint (they advertise electric vehicle but milk has been delivered by a non electric vehicle a few times) but the complete avoidance of dealing with customers is not good enough and after so many mistakes had enough. I so rarely leave negative reviews but this company need to sort themselves out before doing door to doors and taking on new customers that they clearly cannot manage.

Absolutely useless. Milk constantly doesnt arrive when it should. Unable to actually contact them to amend an order. No response to multiple messages. Was told as a goodwill gesture we would have free milk for a month due to the constant errors and was still charged.

Started off great, then went down hill after a few weeks. Didnt get correct deliveries, missed altogether then delivered during the day and the sun was on it till we got in from work. Got a reply once to an email and even trying to cancel took two weeks as they still delivered incorrectly and still never got a reply to confirm cancellation after asking for one. Very poor customer service.
