        Requested sample of bottle lids. Kept being told they were sent, promised to send email tracking details.item never arrived, no confirmation received!

        Really good site to order from, easy and clear to follow. Received a confirmation Email, than nothing. Money taken from account, no details of how and when delivery might be, Goods turned up a week later, all as is should have been, nothing to say the delivery was due. No invoice sent, I've Emailed 3 times and no response , I've tried the phone numbers on the website no response, still waiting for an invoice, very poor.
