        The negligence of the crematorium management led to my mother's service being blighted by alarms going off throughout. Songs that were planned weren't played, the webcast was embarrassing to the entire family. The service was a farce. A full refund should've been automatically triggered, it hasn't been. The lack of sensitivity is deplorable.

        Nice servicer's being there. But locking doors is not great for those have traffic delays and try to get in with much issue. I don't mind the embarrassment of being late because just being there is important to all.
