Wife bought a car from Renault Ayr, no issue with salesperson. But can honestly say, the cleanliness of the vehicle was a disgrace! Cigarette Ash and dirty cloth/ headrest. They took it back to re- valet it, but as soon as she opened the doors to inspect it, there was still cigarette Ash in seat runners, the cloth hadn't been cleaned as they said it was faded/ stained. After telling the sales person she was not impressed and would not buy another car there, his reply was, if you can get that clean come back and show our guys how to do it!!! Well after using a cloth and upholstery cleaner, we did clean it...all of 10 mins!! It didn't take long, its the principle of it! Having to go back and request the seats were cleaned as they should be, we also had to clean the cigarette Ash from driver seat runner, under the seat belts in back and also from under driver seat! Avoid in future. Bad service will lose customers more than anything else. The 2 stars are because she has used Park's in past and had nothing but good service! Standards have dropped...

After having a verbal altercation with whom I can only presume would be an employee of parks, I contact led head office to be put through to numerous depdepartments I found the persons in the sales department unpleasant and very disrepctful, only to be told to put a complaint in to head office in an email absolute shambles of a complaints department will not ever use parks they're rude ignorant and their attitude is beyond helpful. Scumbags

BMW UK Douglas Park BMW Park's Motor Group Is this an acceptable standard for a BMW AUC to have been carried out to? Travelled to collect this car (SE70AVM) that had been sold to us as a supposed BMW approved car. On inspection we found that the car had numerous visible safety related faults including: 1. A deep cut to the side wall of the tyre 2. A second tyre worn to excess 3. A chip in drivers side front screen Also heavily stone chipped front end. This is not what we expected at this kind of price tag. We asked to speak to the manager to go through these issues. He was rude and arrogant, making out that we were making mountains out of mole hills. We explained that this level of service was something wed expect from a car bought from an auction, and not a prestigious car dealership. As we asked for him to reimburse our fuel money for the wasted trip he walked away and muttered No chance. His customer facing skills were despicable. Avoid buying used cars from afar at all costs!
