ScottishPower Energy Retail

If you get asked to join ScottishPower tell em to Do One, there the most expensive energy provider I know and I wish I never joined them they are about as useful as and they don't do what they say they'll do half the time like when we waited all day for them to come and see us and nobody turned up at all - they gave a estimated reading of 1, 030 and then had the audacity to say we was under paying and said we owe 1, 155, 36 they can get stuffed because why is it they reckon we owe over 1,000 when my neighbour even said his electricity bill is only 300 for a year and use more electricity then us and we haven't been with ScottishPower not even a year yet - so those so called Sales Reps at the supermarket's tell em Off cause ScottishPower are time wasters and money grabbers and most expensive company around - we was never in debt until we joined ScottishPower

Off supply AGAIN with faulty meter... my account is in credit. I have a poorly 2 year old baby and 9 year old autistic son. Scottish switched me over to prepayment with no warning and no debt on my account. Now it won't top up 3 times in a row. I'm currently off supply! Been trying to get through on their phone lines for over 5 hours straight.. 2 advisor's have hung up. Had weeks of this. This is serious, I'd also check their trust pilot reviews.

At my door canvassing tonight 5pm don't come back had the most horrendous time years ago and had to get help with ombudsman 1 bedroom flat for years paid dd on time every month 1 year got rebate of 130 and dd was reduced by 10 month Paid as requested dd for next year monthly then at month 10 received a bill saying I owed 1800 which I didn't I got threatening letters even spending hours on hold pushed pillar to post still wasn't resolved and had to get ombudsman involved thats my true story
