Please note that this store will close permanently on the 29th of March 2022. A big loss to Hamilton. A food store will be opening up at the former Watt Bros. store at Douglas Park. Nice, tidy store, it is M&S after all. Have started going here mainly for the comfortable cafe which serves good food and coffee.

All you want from M&S including a cafe. Staff very pleasant. Make the most of it, they say it is closing in Spring 2022 and moving to a retail park, but there won't be a cafe

I visited the Hamilton Store on Monday with the intention of collecting an online parcel. The parcel could not be found but I met a Fabulous lady who helped me greatly. Her name was ANN and she was in the parcel dept. She tried everthing to find my parcel and, in the end, re-ordered my goods to be delivered to my home. I cannot thank her enough. She was so kind and helpful and a credit to your store. I will return!!
