SPAR Torhead

Literally the worst shop Ive ever been in, theres barely anything you actually need on the shelves and its always a terrible atmosphere. Im 37 weeks pregnant and walked in with my toddler and small dog which I put in the basket of the pram so he wasnt even on the floor, to be spoken down to by the manager who was extremely unhelpful and rude in the way in which she told me that dogs werent allowed. Ill never be back and Ill be sharing with local people on how terrible a shop it is!

Got two mac and chees pies from the hot food bit, stone cold, don't even think they had been cooked, the boys where buzzing for this all week as well, back to the chees sandwiches for me now! One of the boys also got a roll & sausage you could resole your boots with. If I could leave a comment without giving a start I would. Yours The Fox

I have on three occasions been disappointed in this shop. The first I entered with my 3 month old puppy in my arms to be told I wasn't to be served as they only allow guide dogs. I get the rule if he was walking or toileting on the floor but he was in my arms and I wasn't tying him up outside, I walked home with him had a really bad day and walked back to be told the drop was closed it was about 5 to ten. My 21 year old son was refused because he had no id on him. I get that but then the girl refused to serve me as she thought I was buying for him. It was for me in the first place. A nightmare shop

Took a walk(10am) to buy my morning rolls, bacon and some milk. Saturday morning probably the busiest time of the week. Arrived at shop to be told the shop is closed because they have a delivery. How crazy is that and what a way to drive your customers away. So disappointing.
