After spending considerable time and effort pointing all necessary pertinent resources in Sharles direction and having provided company accounts way back in September 2019. This company constantly failed to deliver on timescales and with less than a month to go for my company accounting deadline, have advised that I am not a priority.
Harsh lesson learned, the only reason I stuck with them for so long was due to the recommendation, I naively put my trust in this outfit. They did nothing to inspire any confidence in their processes.
VERDICT - disingenuous and incompetent
PS the peculiar thing is that having met them for a consultation in the past on same said recommendation, they were actually helpful on that particular occasion.
