I ordered red onion sausage they were quite tasty but when I went to make them they went mouldy within 36 hours in a cold fridge 3 days before use by date unsmoked ribs are actually smoked ribs jumbo sausage is not jumbo it's small pork links I tryed to contact them left messages but no reply out of a 101 order 50 of it was a waste of money I will never shop there again still no answer to my messages I've left on answering machine they can't think much of there customers

TL;DR - Expected 4 fresh butcher duck breast. Got sent 2 supermarket duck breast. Good Customer service made things right. As a new customer we bought 4 x duck breast 280g ea 19.60. Expected nice fresh meat from a butcher. Got sent 2x Gressingham duck breast 300g ea which I could've bought from the supermarket. Was very disappointed and unhappy as I was looking forward to fresh nice quality meat from a butcher. My housemate who's named on the order contacted them and explained what went wrong. They admitted supply issues due to the bird flu situation currently and apologised that they didn't get in contact when the couldn't fulfil that part of the order. They offered a full refund on the ducks and a voucher. Pleased with how they recovered and made things right after a disappointing start.

Bought some of your vegetable pakora from your stall at Chatelherault Market. What are the vegetables and where are they? All I had was a bag of dough and some shredded onions.

Ordered a roll n turkey with coleslaw 2.50 absolute rip of for what I got and the female serving couldn't have been more disinterested and was happy to snarl that they DONT normally do salad rolls or the like. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they turkey wasn't the worst

I recently stopped by Henderson's Butcher to try out their Wee Value Meat Pack priced at 29. What I loved most was the level of customization offered - I could choose from smoked or unsmoked bacon, haggis or black pudding, pork or steak sausages, and scotch pies or sausage rolls, making for a truly tailored experience. The value for money with this pack was absolutely incredible and I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. The staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient, making for a seamless shopping experience.
