        Was I. Hamilton branch today and staff were very friendly. Ewan who served us was exceptional. He was kind and attentive and is a credit to the bank. I will recommend this branch to others. Thank you Ewan for your kindness and good service.

        Not a happy customer, bank account was frozen and locked for over 2 weeks due to fraud alert on 17/11/2020 , no help from hamilton branch or fraud department or complaints department or head office regarding this complaint. is not been treated seriously as no one calls me nor can any one tell me what is going !!!!!! I have been left with no access to my funds since 27/11/2020 is this how they treat a loyal customer get this sorted CLYDESDALE BANK HAMILTON BRANCH AS I HAVE NO FOOD OR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have now reported clydesdale bank to the Financial Ombudsman regarding there outrageous conduct
