'We approached Gavin to help us unlock unused space in our home by creating a 4th bedroom in our attic and by reorganising and renovating the ground floor, to create a significantly better kitchen / dining / utility layout to meet the needs of our busy family life! Having had no prior dealings with an architecture firm before, we had no clue what to expect. Wether Gavin would be good, bad or indifferent. After a recommendation from a friend of a friend, we took a shot. And my Goodness were so glad we did. Our extension & Garden room are absolutely stunning. Beyond anything we thought it ever could be. But not Gavin, Our completed home is exactly like the drawings He sent us a few days after our first meeting. Its uncanny, and simply incredible. In August 2020 we were considering doing an extension to add living space to our home. Gavin visited our home and did some initial site investigations and measurements and provided us with some outstanding ideas and build plan concepts. After discussions on the design concepts, Gavin adapted and prepared the final drawings to meet our requirements prior to successful application for planning and building warrant approval. Following building warrant approval for our extension plans, we were happy to work with Gavin to bring his concepts and plans for our extension to reality in our home. Work commenced in May 2021 and our build was completed in July 2021. The extension has transformed our home. Gavin is professional, thorough, and has an exceptional eye for the design details that made our completed extension modern and functional. He managed our project from start to completion and we appreciated his technical and project management input and expertise throughout.
