        I booked a taxi with Colin's cabs on Thursday for 12 00pm tonight. Yet again I have been let down by them. They trade under Premier taxis - this is the second time we have been let down only to be told we didn't confirm our fare. This is quite untrue. I shall not be using you again. No apologies offered. Bad practice.

        Used Ryan / Colin's cabs for trips from Edinburgh, to several golf courses, and back to Edinburgh. Ryan and all of the drivers were helpful and responsive. They were on time every day, we never waited for them once, and were helpful with bags, local advice, etc.

        Spoke to Ryan about getting to and from Winton Castle to run a workshop - although he couldnt help me himself for the times I needed dropped off and picked off, he phoned around other local taxi companies and got me sorted. Absolute gem of a guy and outstanding customer care and service. I know who to call in future if I need taxis in that area again!
