        Terrible experience, booked a cab but it didnt even turn up and they didnt even answer phone calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

        Used this service on a trip to and from Edinburgh and several area golf courses. Drivers arrived 10 minutes early on every trip, were helpful, and quite friendly.

        Jacqui (hope I spelled it correctly) fab tonight. Taking invalid to Haddington tonight and as she was geriatric nurse recognition she would have difficulty and taking her into the home to the lift to make sure she gets home. Big shout out.

        Booked to be picked up from community hospital but no taxi arrived Telephoned and he said he had not spoken to me and not received my booking call ( recorded on my phone ) If a genuine mistake I would forgive but not on to accept booking then leave people stranded

        Ordered two Taxi's one week prior. There was no record of the booking and we had to go with another company for one journey. The driver didn't have a record of where we were going and asked late in the journey which cost nearly 20 more than we were quoted.
