I have been to Suzanne a few times now and her detective work is excellent to find the origins of pain, discomfort or restricted movement. With her skillful techniques she has helped make great improvements to the range of movement of my shoulder/arm.

For over a year, I struggled with a knee injury that wouldn't heal. Walking up or down any hill was painful and I had no level of fitness at all. Finally, in Dec 2021, I felt ready to do more. Suzanne assessed my strength and flexibility, finding many areas to focus on. We set goals and she designed a gym weight lifting program for me. I began in mid January 2022. Now, two months in, I am becoming stronger, more fit and confident in my abilities. Between Covid and my injury, I'd lost most of that. Suzanne's expertise and encouragement have been invaluable to me. She is enabling me to return to the "me" I used to be. I cannot thank her enough! I'm so happy and grateful to be back to gentle hill walking. I still have goals to achieve and I look forward to making more progress under Suzanne's guidance.

Suzanne leaves no stone unturned to get to the root of your pain/discomfort. Isn't willing to accept/or suggest, as many other health professionals do, that it must be arithitis becuase you are of such an age. Highly recommended.

Had my first appointment with Suzanne a couple of days ago and in addition to being very warm and engaging she was thorough in her assessment of my "ailment" and great at explaining things to me as a layman. I'm certainly feeling the benefits from our initial session and overall I gained a sense of confidence in her knowledge and capabilities to assist me.
