i think that some of the reviews must have been written by relatives or friends of the staff. my experience has been somewhat different at this pharmacy, constant mistakes with my repeat prescription, staff being rude and indifferent when being questioned about the mistakes, if you dont like go somewhere else attitude, not understanding mental health issues, acting like the risk of covid is more greater for them than members of the public, being a frontline worker i find their attitude quite offensive, they are better protected than most workers. four staff to two members of the public, ridiculous really.

I have been using this pharmacy for 9 months now and cant thank the staff in this pharmacy enough, they are so helpful and very friendly. Sarah has always been super helpful and goes above and beyond her duty. Helping me when I had a urine infection by prescribing medication and regularly chatting to me about how things are going because she cares about everyone so much.

Terrible since the lovely pharmacist Sarah left. She was very companent with her job dispensing the prescriptions and very caring about her patients and helpful.if there was a issue or mistake she would work with me and give me information on how to solve my issue. I pick up my prescription from here every day (when the new pharmacist doesn't mess it up by not letting me know its due for a repeat) and her replacement is terrible. He turned me away and refused my medication because of a mistake with the labels, and has twice forgotten to send me away with Sundays medication (they're closed) which leaves me seriously ill. one woman there seems to care, the rest of the staff don't care (ESPECIALLY the main male pharmacist) who gave me the most useless information, telling me I have to phone to get a new prescription on a SATURDAY when everything is shut. I have to deal with this man every time I go and considering hes meant to be the main pharmacist should know this basic information. I'm now going to be in agony for the whole weekend thanks to his mistake. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED A DAILY PRESCRIPTION. BRING BACK SARAH. Will be switching pharmacy's soon because of this terrible pharmacist who couldn't care less about his patients.
