Stay well clear paid 350 up front for five lessons and got two only got the second one cause i asked for money back then she refused to answer emails and calls i thought i was the only one she done this to obviously not

I would not recommend Posh Pets Paid 200.00 in Cash at her insistence and got No.... Receipt. For 1-2-1 Puppy Training in May 2018 . My puppy hadnt been fully vaccinated so therefore he was unable to go out of my garden. I received 1 puppy training lesson on Friday Evening from her and was told . That her dog was due its puppies and that she would be intouch . My puppy became unwell , So informed her of this and her response was she would be intouch . Informed her that puppy was okay now and fully vaccinated. She offered me puppy classes in Mussellburgh instead of which was 6 puppy classes for 60.00 . Not what I signed up for . Very disappointed with puppy classes in Mussellburgh. So didnt go back ! Again No ..... Communication from Posh Pets !! So I sent a text to Posh Pets to ask for a receipt for the 200.00 that I paid in Cash . She text back and offer to resume 1-2-1 Training , which I didnt want as as I was not very happy with class !!! Extremely Disappointed with the Service I Received .

This person is good at taking your money but not fulfilling there contract. Money is the thing not the training. I hope this brings it home to heather that you cannot continue to do this to people who put trust in you as you are giving dog trainers a bad name.

I ordered a dog lead from Posh Pets website and paid up front last summer for it.After repeated messages about the progress of my order I am still without said lead and no refund.it is 12 months has elapsed and no sign of order
