Just paid full price for what was just a bath and a 70% hair cut because my dog was 'not keen'. Ears looked like they hadn't been touched and had to remind her to trim his claws. A couple of the legs will need redone elsewhere and I've had to clean the ears myself in getting him home. Granted he's quite a shy dog but never had any problems with other groomers. No issues with the professional service and friendly welcome, just the end result and the full charge.

Hazel deserves 6 gold stars. She has been working with my spaniel for the last year and the difference is unbelievable. Hazel works in a very particular way, always alert to the dog's feelings and mental state. At first my wee dog would freak out at the very sight of clippers but Hazel encouraged her gently and in her own time, never forcing her beyond her tolerance level. Now my dog drags me in Hazel's gate when it's time for her groom, and for me that says everything. Hazel has helped me and my dog communicate better with each other and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
