        I found the whole experience here shocking and disappointing. As a young sewer I found the owner condescending and often rude when I was asking questions about fabrics. She had no interest in making a sale from me, which for such a tiny (and messy) shop was surprising as she can't have a lot of business! I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Shame she doesn't take pride in her attitude towards customers or her shopfront.

        Super little shop which I always check first before casting my net wider. Often surprised by what I do find. Helpful, informative and friendly staff without the ubiquitous and ghastly customer service veneer which has become so normalised nowadays. Just refreshingly authentic folk.
