        We used Ogilvy Chalmers for our house sale as we had been very disappointed with other estate agents performance. We were very lucky that Phoebe Bolton from the firm dealt with our sale. She provided a very unusual prosaic description of our property which attracted attention; responded to emails quickly; oversaw all the viewing, including on weekends and evenings; produced a detailed spreadsheet of offers we received and provided clear advice. I felt the service she provided was outstanding and it was like having an additional family member for a couple of weeks doing all the work with real care. My previous negative attitudes to estate agents has been completely revised! Highly recommended!
