        Owner presumably refused to take a UPS drop off due to firstly it would block his stock. Then he said the machine physically wouldn't accept the parcel. 10 minutes later at another UPS service point the parcel had been accepted and the machine worked.

        I used it as it is a UPS pick up and send facility as well as a wine shop.

        My first visit to this store. I needed to collect a UPS parcel. Member of staff (or owner) was extremely pleasant, the parcel collection was easy and straightforward. Took around 3mins - so can't complain at all. 5/5
