Highly recommend County Physio. I came in with a long standing shoulder injury. Amy was fantastic in assessing the issue and starting me on rehab exercises. It has made a huge difference with my injury and I saw noticeable improvements from day one. Thorough Covid measures in place so very safe environment to visit at the moment. Excellent communication and service all round.

After 'putting my back out', I had a treatment by Amy which gave me freedom of movement again. A second follow up treatment has really helped, and brought back a range of movement I haven't had for years! Couldn't recommend her enough.

I had an excellent Zoom call with Amy the first Mon of lockdown for a new injury (& my first ever appointment with County Physio). She took such a good verbal history with the right questions, it didnt seem to matter that she couldn't examine my sprained ankle as she would in person. I received the exact guidance and reassurance I needed to avoid damage and enhance recovery. Good exercise videos were sent straight after the meeting & Amy followed up with me by email a couple of week later.

Highly recommend County Physio to anyone with any kind of sporting/bodybuilding injury. I was suffering with a painful shoulder and hip for the past 6 months and they were starting to become a real issue for me. I saw Amy and she quickly identified the root cause of the problem and began the treatment. She explained fully how the injuries were caused and how she would treat them. I was also given rehabilitation exercises to do outside of the session. After a months worth of sessions, I am now pain free and have full movement back in my hip and shoulder. Thank you!
