    Effective support non existent. Service unreliable. HAve now been without brodband for 24 hrs. Nobody can tell us anything. Total rubbish service

    After some initial glitches the system is up and running well. After sale service has been excellent so far

    Sad to say things started reasonably but we have no other choice in our area, their wifi died after 2 days but I use my own equipment which was OK for the first 11 months but in June they upgraded their wifi masts and sites to improve capacity, after the "upgrade" service began to drop every shower reported in June and told they were aware and monitoring and dealing no updates for a few weeks then when the weather took a turn for the worse service off and on 8 times in a day, reported again on same ticket and told they had a plan and would contact me that afternoon, but still waiting for a reply on if issue resolved or a longer term plan as service outages have has degraded beyond usable.

    I would like to post a balanced review because when LB is working it is the most clever, innovative, transformational service (apart from Sky) that I have experienced. However when it isn't and sadly much too often it is dreadful, technical don't return calls and my complaints not handled / replied to Sadly it appears to be effected by weather and given I live in Scotland this appears to be a deal breaker I love the business but it needs to be more reliable and consistently available. If it was as efficient as the monthly direct debit then it would be amazing
