Marmaris Haddington

Ive been a customer at Marmaris since it opened years ago and it has always been the most reasonably priced and one of the best takeaways in the Haddington area. Unfortunately their prices have rocketed recently and the quality has dropped. The cost of my order for two chicken kebabs and a small portion of chips increased by over 4.00 in the space of a week! The quality of the chips was rather poor and the box was only 3/4 filled anyway. The salad with the kebabs was not up to the usual standards either. Unfortunately this price increase is not sustainable for me and Ill have to find another option. Parking: Parking outside or nearby.

Never even got to the part of ordering food before leaving watched guy behind the counter lick his fingers then touched food without washing his hands then watched a kid come back with opened food saying it was wrong order, then watched them re-package the food and gave to a different customer!! Swiftly walked out and went to dinos across the road. If that was a restaurant they would be shut down

terrible. got verbally abused by the owner.. because l dared to complain about my waiting time..when they served 7 people ahead of me.. when l mentioned it..the owner shouted at me "don't come back " l walked out... but thought WHY.. so l returned and told him why.... got a half of a half apology... not good enough. 20 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE TAKEAWAY. customer service NIL
