        Have used Johnsons a number of times. Today I had to get a suit ready at very short notice. Cath was brilliant, she told me to go and get my shopping and it would be ready by the time I got back...and it was! Friendly and reliable. Thanks!

        After waiting patiently and politely to be served I was astonished by the attitude and lack of customer service provided by heart by who I can only assume is the manager. Rude and unhelpful she then tried to charge me 90 for the cleaning of a winter jacket. When asked 3 times why it was costing so much she replied IT JUST IS She then goes on in Broad Scottish accent much did you pay for that Me - A Lot Her -aye, how much. Me how does that reflect the cost of the job. Her- it just does!! Me - your attitude is rude and unhelpful Her- whatever! WOW She must missed where it says professional in the title
