After today's experience I just don't know what to think it has left me in tears. I like the Doctors, Nurses, Val Thompson etc but there are certain Staff behind the desk leave a lot to be desired. Rude, unhelpful, uncaring, and that seems to have the Authority that it is acceptable to speak to a Patient about her medication ,which is none of her business.That is private and is between a Patient and Doctor. I got really upset and an attempt to put me in my place did'nt work I will not be spoken to like that from anyone. I have had several issues over the past months ordering my prescriptions. It either doest go through , or it's not been done. I have contacted the practice in the past but it just depends who answers wether they are interested or not. If only the practice would sent out a confirmation when a repeat prescription has been ordered. I along with other patients would not have to keep phoning up . So now I'm left again we're my repeat order has an item missing and an extra 2 prescriptions added which I didn't order. Fingers crossed my prescription is reay tomorrow...

I have been a patient with the practice for over 7years ,had several visits and seen almost all of the team and have found them all to be very helpful.
